GENERAL BOOTH SAFE.

COURT GRANTS INJUNCTION.

HIGH ■ COUNCIL WILL PROBABLY REPEAT THEIR RESOLUTION.

(By Telegraph-Press Assn,-Copyright.) (Australian Press Assn, and Sun.) (Received This Day, 10.30 a^m.) LONDON, Jan. 30th. General Booth’s application for an injunction against the High Council restraining them from deposing him has been granted. A high-placed Army officer says the injunction voids the whole of the Council’s prior proceedings, but does not pervent it re-assem-bling and passing a- similar resolution to that passed before. The Council will, probably take that course during the next few days, It is certain that no one will change his views on the General’s unfitness to carry on, but they may be joined by one or two who opposed the resolution before.
