THEFT FROM ROAD BOARD.

POLICE CONSTABLE COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (By Telegraph —Press Association). AUCKLAND, This Day. Police Constable Herbert Frederick Thomas Goodman was committed for sentence for the theft of £590, the property of the Tamaki Road Board. Accused was admitted to bail on two securities of £250 each. His assistant Roy Herbert Fraser Arrol, was also committed for sentence for stealing £239 from the Board between November 30th and March 31.
