COURTESY ON HILLS
There are exceptions to every rule. When running down hill it is always good form to give way to the car coming up. The driver may be inexperienced or in difficulties, or he may be enjoying that thrill of pride you've doubtless known yourself, in running up "on top."
In any case he would appreciate your courtesy and thoughtfulness. It is one of those little rules which, if observed, increase the pleasure of motoring.
