ARTIFICIAL SILK AND WOOL.
<By Telegraph-Press * (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON,' Sept. 22. Special provisional returns of the artificial silk and wool mixtures exported from Manchester in August •show that these totalled 236,000 yards, eclipsing the previous record in February by 30,000 yards.
