The annual, report of the Unemployed Workers' Insurance Commission, tabled in the f Assemblyi shows that there were 48,980 applicants for sustenance during the year ended March 51st lafet, and-the sum dispensed was £311,83'. The receipts' for the year totalled £263,525, and the disbursements £360,958. The rate of (contribution has since been increased from- 3d to 4d a week. f
