SERIOUS CHARGES. (Bj f Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Three charges of indecent assault on a male were admitted by Thomas Henry Rutherford, aged 40, a poultry farmer, residing at Solway, Masterton, who was charged before Justices of the Peace to-day. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, and bail was refused.
