This afternoon His Royal Highness held a private investiture ceremony a» Mie Fenihill Club, when the following honours were bestowed on officials concerned in the tour'of the Royal party in the Dominion: Knight-Commander of the Victorian Order. SIR R v lIEATON RHODES, Minister in attendance upon His Royal Highness. Commander of the Victorian Order MR. J. S. HISLOP, Under-Secretary of Internal Affairs. Members of the Victoria Order, 4th Class. CAPTAIN BOYLE. MR. P. J. JONES, Chairman of the Railwavs Board. COMMISSIONER McILVENEY, of the N.Z. Police,. Member of the Victorian Order, sth Class. SUPERINTENDENT BROBERG. Royal Victorian Medal. MR. J V. LANDER, Inspector of lice MR. ■ T. TOLMIE, chauffeur to tht. Duke. * MR. W. STRONG, head waiter on the Royal car. The Royal Victorian Order was constituted in 1896 for personal service tc the Sovereign.
