CONFERENCE IN HONOLULU. (Received This Dav, 11.30 a.m.) HONOLULU,, July 15. The Institute of Pacific Relations adjourned after two weeks’ sessions. It is tentatively planned to meet in 1927 or 1928, probably in Japan. Delegates expressed satisfaction, declaring the assembly had accomplished its purpose, which was to disseminate facts and opinions concerning Pacific problems.
