The Hon. J. H. Coates, accompanied by Mr Markman, First Assistant Secretary to tiie Postal Department, met the Chamber of Commerce last night to discuss with members the propost. ed telephone charges. During tWf course of his address to the Chamber the Minister stated that lie was in a position to promise penny postage shortly.
