“The Cabin,” a seaside tvhare owned by Mr Byron Brown and situate on Rangiuru Road, was burglariously entered on Tuesday, and articles of furniture, windows, sashes, etc., smashed. Several fowls, presumably from Mr Hopkins ; farm, which is opposite, were found dead, some being cooked, and it appeared from this ami other articles of food left about that there had been a jollification.
