DOMAIN IMPROVEMENTS.
MEETING O!” Sl>ol ITS BODIES TONIGHT. Members of the sports bodies, of die town are reminded of file meeting in the Druids' Hall litis evening for the purpose of elecling a committee to take in hand a scheme for raising funds for the improvement of the Domain. The general condition of these grounds is not as desirable as they might he, and in their preliminary work (he combined sports bodies have, outlined a scheme that will effect a vast- improvement- it carried out as drafted. To do litis it. is necessary to have money and if a sufficient sum is raised, the Beautifying Society has promised to assist with L2OO. It- is hoped- therefore that to-night’s meeting will he largely attended and result in putting in motion the scheme top achieving the desired end.
