Ailinu'v of Labour in a letter to the secretary of the Coal Mine Owners' Association, repeats the statement forwarded to the Prime Minister that there can be no settlement of the dispute until such time as :i eonferencp Hakes place between the representatives «f the Coal Mine Owners' Association and the representatives of the Alliance ol Labour and the Zealand Miners Federation. The owners are expected' to review the position at an early date.
