Fiume a Free City.
BUT GOES TO ITALY IN THREE YEARS. Received this day. 11-.-40 a.m. Paris. May 5. It is reported that the Allies havo offered Eiume to Italy after throe jtears existence as a free port. In the meantime the Jugo-Slavs will have to build 'thoir own port.
