POSTAL PRESENTS FOR, PEACE DELEGATES. Received this day, 11.40 a.m. New York, May 2. The New York World's Washington correspondent says secret service officials have cabled American peace delegates in Paris 'warning them that bombs may have been mailed to them. RIOTING IN AMERICA. Received, this day, 11.40 a.lll. New Y'ork, May 2. The New York World's. Boston correspondent states that three policemen were shot and a number of persons injured in the May Day riots between soldiers and sailors and the Radicals.
