WHEAT FROM NEW ZEALAND. The Hon. D. Hall estates that the shortage of wheat as disclosed by the actual returns compared with' the estimates, make importation necessary. Steps already have been taken to have 100,000 bushels loaded in New Zealand and returned. ALLEGED I/OOTING.
