Increased Freight.
- -♦ — A PROTEST FROM ELTHAM. [PHR FKESB ASSOCIATION.'; ELTHAM, This Day. The Retailers' Association have resolved to protest against the increased •freights being charged by shipping companies trading to Patea. It is stated that the increases in some cases equal 50 per cent, and is quite out of proportion to the increased cost of handling cargo.
