From Our Own Correspondent. WAIPAWA, Nov. 12. This afternoon the first harrier race was decided for the cup recently presented to the Waipawa District High School by Mr T. W. 'Wills. Tho cvenv was run over a course of three miles, covering a considerable portion of hilly country, and resulted in a win for C. Harris' (scr) who finished in 17 minutes.
