PENALTIES The winner of any race or races after the declaration of weights may be re-handicapped. All Nominations or Acceptances made by telephone or telegram must bo confirmed by letter immediately afterwards (vide Section IV., Rule of Racing, 240). By the entering of a horse, every person having or subsequently acquiring an interest in such horae, shall be deemed hereby to undertake, neither directly nor indirectly, to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse or any other horse in the race in which such horse is so entered. Each entry shall contain, or If it do. not contain, shall bo conclulively assumed to contain, such an undertaking, breach whereof shall be deemed a corrupt practice on the Turf within the meaning of Rule 243 hereof.
