The annual meeting of the Hastings Methodist Cricket Club took place last (light. The following officers were elected: Patron, Mr. Hedley, Harvey; president, the Bev. K. B. Gosnell; vice-presidents, Messrs. S. Heighway, It. Doubleday, B. Watts, P. E. Loach, F. Gibbs, J. DCommin, S. O. Garland, G. L. Darvell, C. Lassen, D. Sutherland, L. Patterson, and B. Clifft; committee, Messrs. 11. I.inyard, chairman, Currie, File, 'lunnicliffe, Ball, Younge, Davidson; _ delegates to Hastings Sub-Association, Messrs. Younge and Tunnieliffe. Mr J Sadler was warmly thanked for his work as hon. secretary and . was again voted to the position. A vote of thanks was passed to all who had assisted the chib, l-mbserip-tiuns remain the same as last jear.
