Meeting of Vestry

The bi-monthly meeting of the vestry of All Saints Church, Taradale, was held last night, the vicar Canon Alfred Hodge presiding. The treasurer, Mr. H. R. Clark, presented a budget of the estimated expenditure for the year and the question of finance in general was discus, sed.

It was decided to obtain estimates for the painting of the church, the parish hall and the vicarage.

The vicar stated that he would arrange for the service of corporate communion being held on a suitable Sunday following the vestry meetings. A sanctuary guild has been formed and the lady members are giving a much appreciated assistance to the church.
