Women Hockey Players By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 18. The clothing of women hockey players was discussed at a meeting to-night of the New Zealand Women’s Hockey Association, when it , was decided to ban the wearing of divided skirts. Opinion was divided. Auckland was stated to be very much against the ban and Canterbury for it. “I think we are being very Victorian,” said one member.
