Tod, J. Gatenby, Anri T S. Roulston. 'lhe New Zealand Racing Conference advised that remits for the annual meeting must be in the hands of the secretary on May 22. The stipendiary stewards’ report on the two days’ autumn meeting was received, r The Woodville Jockey Club advised its committee’s decision regarding travelling expenses. The interim statement for the autumn meeting was considered satisfactory. The finance and programme committee handed down a report and the proposals for the revised programme for the winter meeting, June 11 and 13, were approved. The tender of Mr C. Crabbe for painting the girders in the stands was accepted. The work is to be proceeded with. The committee passed a resolution of sympathy with the Hun. 11. A. ftnsaeif in his recent bereavement.
