Club’s Annual Meeting From Our Own Correspondent. WAIPUKURAU, May 2. The annual general meeting of the Waipukurau Croquet Club was held in Woods’ tearooms on Saturday afternoon, Mrs W. G. Bryce presiding ovoa full attendauce of members. The report aud balance sheet, which was read and adopted, showed that the past season had beeu a most successful one. The following officers were elected: Prcsideut, Mrs J. A. Buchanan; vicepresidents, Mrs Rickitts and Mrs J. Hindman; captain, Mrs T. G. Given: vice-captain, Mrs W. G. Bryce; committee, Mesdames J. Bendeieh, J. Dunlop L. Hawke, It. McLean, L. A. Renner; ■eeretary and treasurer, Mrs 11. M Heir.
