Shopping at Baird’s, the quality drapers, is like shopping in London, lor this firm’s alert London buyers are constantly forwarding the latest novelties that appear on the London and Continental markets, and the only difference in the time of their appearance in Hastings is that which is taken in transport. Two postal shipments that have just been opened up consist of gloves and handbags.. These goods will appeal to those who like something, really new and smart. The handbags are distinctly different to anything that have been shown before. This also applies to a shipment of Continental fabric gloves; the styles are new and the shades are different, including a new stylish green.
