SPANISH ELECTIONS
Catholics Not Voting MADRID, April 20. The Catholic Right Wing Party decided to abstain from voting at the presidential election ou April 26, alleging that there are no guarantees that it will be conducted fairly. The party complain that daily violence, arson and pillaging are causing Catholics to flee cn masse.
