MODEL AERO CLUB
Napier Club’s Meeting Ihe weekly meeting of the Napier Model Aero Club was held on Monday evening. The club captain Mr R Crabtree, gave a very instructive talk to the new members on the building of a simple type of 'plane. It is interesting to note that this model is ol the cheapest type, and, when finished, 's a very consistent flyer Bad weather conditions prevented the club Iron, seriously entering for the New Zealand championships on Saturday last. Despite the high winds mil gusty down currents, however, some good Hights were made by weight rule spar models. fine twin pusher reached approximately 200 feet and many other good Hights were nwd° during the alter noon. The club is to give a Hying demonstration at Hastings on April 26 if | weather conditions permit
