CAR WITHOUT LIGHTS

Small Fine Imposed A fine of 10/- with costs 3/- was im posed upon William Martin Senk, a labourer, by Mr J. Miller, S.M., in the Napier Magistrate’s Court this morning for driving a motor car in Dalton street at night without lights. Senk, who made a voluntary appearance, thereby saving portion of the court costs, pleaded not guilty.
