(Received 21, 9.30 a.m.)Tif' SYDNEY, April 21. At the Stadium last night/ over 15 rounds, the American, Martyn Simmons (11.9), outpointed the Queenslander Ron Richards (11.5) in a hard-fought contest. Simmons was consistently the aggressor.
