Smith, £1 6/5, costs 10/-; Hallett and O’Dowd v P. N. Partridge, £3 3/-, costs £1 3/6; N. A. Owen v. J. Collins, £2 2/-, costs £1 3/6: Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board v. John Harvey, £1 7/-, costs 8/-. Judgment summons.—W. Wilson it to pay C. Pearce £l9 15/- forthwith, in default 20 days’ imprisonmeut.
