WOMAN CHANGES SEX
Polish Track Champion LONDON, Dec. 3. The “Daily Telegraph's” Prague correspondent say that Miss Zdenka Koubkowa, aged 2-1, women's world track champion, will shortly undergo mi operation, changing her into n man. It is recalled that she refused to be examined in 1934 by the Medical Board, London, which was testifying to the effects of athletics on women's constitution. She resigned in the spring from the Czech Women’s Athletic Federation and did not participate in events in 1935 for an unrevealed reason.
