Trans-Tasman Flyer CANBERRA, Oct. 23. Replying to a question in the House of Representatives, Mr R. A. Parkhill, Minister of Defence, said that Mr W. M. O’Hara, the airman, would be prosecuted if he flew back to Australia from New Zealand. The Government had reported to the New Zealand Government Mr O’Hara’s infringement of the International Air Convention regulations in flying a machine without a certificate of airworthiness, and the Dominion Government, being a member of the Air Convention, as was Australia, would probably take action against Mi O llain
