Charles Ernest Kay Frost alias C. R. Grant, a broker, aged 24, who appeared in the Napier Magistrate’s Court last week and was sentenced to two years reformative detention for false representation of cheques, appeared yesterday before Mr J. Miller, S. Four charges were preferred against him, of obtaining a total sum of £33 6/- by false representation of cheques. On his plea of guilty, he was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon. Frost is already serving a sentence for the offences on " bieb ho vas convicted last week.
