New Yugoslavian Cabinet BELGRADE, June 25. In order to pale the way for a democratic regime. M. Stojadinovitch. exFinance Minister, has formed a Cabinet, of which he will be Premier and Foreign Minister The new Premier formerly studied n England. Two parties. Slovene Clericals and the Bosnian Moslems, are represented in Cabinet for the first time since the dictatorship, which they opposed, their leades suffering internment in consequence. Newspapers last evening appeared nncensored for the first time in seven years.
