CROQUET
Heretaunga Club Meeting The annual general meeting of the Heretaunga Croquet Club was held in the pavilion, Mrs Price presiding over a good attendance or members. Officers elected for the coming season were as follow: —President Mrs H. Jones; vice-president, Mrs Price; secretary, Mrs M. Lee; treasurer, Mr 6 Duck; captain, Mrs Dunn; vice-cap-tain, Mrs Hampton; delegate to association meetings, Mrs Low; selectors, Mrs Harris and Mrs Dunn; committee, Mesdames H. Jones, Price, Lee, Duck, Harris, Hampton Low and Dupn. A vote of thanks was passed to retiring officers, and a hearty vote of thanks was accorded Messrs Maher and Son for their keen interest in the green. Afternoon tea was much enjoyed by all members.
