"VOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Town Boards Act, 1908 (Section 35), The Town Boards Amendment Act, 1910 (Section 2), the Rating Act, 1925 (Sections 51-59), and the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926 (Section 49), THE HAVELOCK NORTH TOWN BOARD will, at its meeting to be held on FRIDAY, July 12th, 1935, make and levy a General Rate of 4d in the £ a Water Rate of id in the £ (with a minimum charge of 10/-), a Hospitaj Rate of 16-20th of Id in the £ on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Havelock North Town District; such rates to be for the period commencing on the Ist April, 1935, and terminating on the 31st March, 1936, and shall be payable at the Town Board, Office, Havelock North.

ALSO to make and levy a Separate Special Rate of Id in the £ to provide Interest and Sinking Fund on No. 1 Loan Account, and a Separate Special Rate of 4/20ths of Id in the £ to provide Interest and Sinking Fund on No. 2 Loan Account for the same period.

ON and after the date of this notice the Valuation Roll for the Havelock North Town District will be open for inspection at the said office between the hours of 9 a m. and 4 p.m. daily; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon only. Dated this 25th day of June, 1935. W. H. ANDERSON, Clerk.
