Another session of the euchre tournament promoted by the Matamau Hall committee was held during last week, and the attendance was quite good. Mrs Corbishley proved the winner of the ladies’ section, and Mr T. Murphy was successful in tho men’s division. A dainty ’ supper was provided by the ladies, after which dancing was indulged in to music supplied by Messrs D. Stratford, B. Maycock and T. Murphy. Mr W. Kershaw acted us MA.
