TENNIS CLUB DANCE

Havelock North Next Week

Lovers of dancing are strongly recommended to attend the HavelockNorth Tennis Club’s dance to be held in the Town Board Hall next Tuesday evening. This club's dances have become well-known for providing an enjoyable evening, and next week’s function promises to be fully as successful as those of the past. The club’s dance held last December proved to be such a social success that it was decided to hold another in the winter months to give patrons an opportunity of again enjoying the hospitality of the Tennis Club. It is anticipated that there will be a. large crowd on Tuesday if the last dance is any criterion of the popularity of these functions. Les. Henry’s orchestra has been engaged to play the music, to this portion of the arrangements is in good hands. A strong committee is in charge of the supper. A free ’bus will leave Hastings, returning after the dance. Members of other sports clubs are heartily invited to attend the dance.
