JUBILEE STAMP ISSUE
Withdrawal on Saturday (By Telearanh -Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 18. The Director-General of the Postal Department, Mr. G. McNamara, announces that on the close of business on Saturday the special halfpenny, penny and sixpenny postage stamps issued to commemorate the King's Silver Jubilee will be withdrawn from sale, and remaining stocks destroyed. The complete series of pictorial stamps will then bo utilised.
