Continental Fears Again Evident LONDON, May 13. Fears for the future of the gold bloc are again leading to u steady flow of foreign funds to Loudon tor safe-keep-ing. The weekly offering of Treasury bills was swollen by foreign tenders. The movement is reflected by further geld withdrawals from the Continent, French and Swiss banks recording substantial losses.
