NAPIER SESSION UST. Heavy Criminal Calendar ARGYLL MURDER CHARGE In all but the criminal cases, the list set down for hearing at the forthcoming session the Supreme Court at Napier, beginning on Monday next, is of normal length. The session will be prolonged, however, by the hearing of the murder charge against Charles William Price, which will probably occupy five days. Mr. Justice Blair wUI be the presiding judge. The civil cases are not nearly as numerous as usual; only one case is set down for judge and jury, and only two cases for judge alone.
