Damages of £lOO and costs £lOO were awarded by consent in the Supreme Court at Dunedin to-day against Charles Matravers Benzoni in a divorce ease in which David Simpson Buchanan proceeded against Emily Ada Buchanan for dissolution of marriage on tho ground of adultery with Benzoni. A decree nisi was granted.— Press Association.
