With the brightening of the weather and the assurance of non-interference for the future, Hastings was the centre of increased shopping activity to-day when everyone appeared to be happy. Men generally were keen buyers of the special clothing samples from Messrs Wolsey Ltd., England, at present selling at Westerman’s, Hastings, where every purchase was a genuine bargain.
