All Nominations or Acceptances made by telephone or telegram must be confirmed by letter immediately afterwards (vide Section IV., Rule of Racing, 253), By the entering of a horse, every person having or subsequently acquiring an interest in such horse, shall be deemed thereby to undertake, neither direct lv nor indirectly, to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection witt’ such horse or any other horse in tut race in which such horse is so entered. Each entry shall contain, or if it do not contain, shall be conclusively assumed to contain, sueh an undertaking, breach whereof shall be deemed a corrupt practice on the Turf within the meaning of Rule 351 hereof.
