Recovering From Cold 'Hritisb Official Wireless.l (Received 14, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, March 13. The Prime Minister had sufficiently recovered from his severe cold to come to London to-day in order to preside over the usual weekly meeting of Cabinet, but he returned to Chequers afterwards and will remain there until next week, when he hopes to resume bis parliamentary duties.
