KISCH A FREE MAN
Permission to Leave Signed (Received 27, 10.33 a.in.) SYDNEY, Feb. 27. The agreement permitting Egon Kiscb to leave Australia a free man was signed in Sydney and Kisch left for Melbourne. He will take part with Griffin in a torchlight “release” procession through Melbourne streets to-night. Kisch is to leave as a passenger without any restrictions on his movements on the vessel or at intervening ports.
