Ratepayers In Arrears By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, Feb. 26. In the House of Representatives this afternoon, Mr A. Stuart (Govt., Hangitikei) asked tho Minister of Internal Affairs if the Government would introduce legislation, if necessary, making provision to enable ratepayers who are not more than two years in arrears to vote at the forthcoming elections. Sir Alexander Young, in reply, said that no request, hnd been received from the Counties' Association to make provision on the lines asked, as was done in 1932, but he would have the matter further contidertd by the Government.
