Minister’s London Visit GENERAL EXCHANGE OF VIEWS (British Official Wireless.) (Received 26, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Feb. 25. When Dr. Kurt Schuschnigg, the Austrian Chancellor, Herr E. Berger Waldenegg reached London they were greeted by Sir John Simon, the French Ambassador and a representative of the Prime Minister. Herr Frankenstein, the Austrian Minister in Loudon, had travelled with tho visitors from Folkestone. Later they were tho guests at a dinner party given by Lord and Lady Londonderry. Those present included Mr. Stanley Baldwin and Mr. Neville Chamberlain. The Austrian Ministers paid a short visit to the Foreign Office, where they saw Sir John Simon, then called on the Prime Minister and Mr. Baldwin. They had luncheon as the guests of Mr. MacDonald at No. 10 Downing street, where they met several other Ministers. It is expected that there will be a general exchange of views on various European questions during their visit, but statements that the possibility of a Hapsburg restoration will be discussed are without foundation. According to the “Daily Telegraph,’’ the Austrian Ministers take the view that Austria does not desire to enlist the support of any country to deal with her internal political questions, and that thus the subject will not be raised in London Sir John Simon this morning was received by H.M. the King at Buckingham Palace.
