HANDING OVER SAAR
Provisions of Agreement (Received 19, 9.50 a.m.) NAPLES, Feb. 18. Ihe agreement handing ovei the Mar to Germany provides:— First: For the cession of the mines from France to Germany. Secondly: Insurance of French private citizens and all workmen in the Saar. Thirdly: Transfer of administration to Germany. Alofci presided, and the French and Terman Ambassadors, Mr G. G. Knox and the League sub-committee were present at the signing of the agreement.
