ROWING IN NAPIER

Though Hie Napier Rowing Club was revived only last season, there is direct proof that before long rowing will bo a main attraction as a sport for rowers and a diversion for the general public. The club now has a membership of 40, and the committee has in hand the allocation of trophies for different events, and a schedule of races and tournaments for tho coming season. Not so many years ago. members of this club distinguished themselves in competition with outside oarsmen, and supporters look to the time when the full status of the cluh is restored.
