Til J New Zealand bowlers who competed in the Empire Games, H. Grocott, W. Dillicar, G. Pollard, and G. Carter, visited New Malden to play a match against a team of the Malden Bowling Club. The visitors were welcomed by Mr F. W. Streeton, president of the Malden Club. The Malden team, consisting of W. J. Suckling, F. W. Streeton, A. Woollacott and T. Wilson, won by 23 to 21. Each member of the Malden rink was presented with a Now Zealand badge.
